Professional

Before joining the network, Ben Wheeler participated in the Internship Program at Northwestern Mutual. He attended school at University of Louisiana at Lafayette (ULL) and obtained a bachelor's degree in finance with a concentration in risk management and insurance in 2001.

Ben Wheeler was introduced to the company by his father, Bob Wheeler.  Bob has worked for Northwestern Mutual for over 30 years.

Associations and Memberships

Ben Wheeler is involved in multiple associations. Ben is a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Baton Rouge Area Chamber of Commerce (BRAC).  He stays involved with his alma mater, The University of Lafayette, where Ben is an active member of the University of Louisiana Alumni Association.  Ben is also a member of The University Club, a private golf club in which a percentage of every dollar spent is donated to support LSU athletics.
